At The Piano Gallery, we feel that trying the piano you buy is the key to finding the right instrument FOR YOU. There are so many acoustic pianos on the market, of varying quality, style & price. It may seem like a mine field at first, but purchasing a piano should be an enjoyable experience, and our aim is to make it such.

There is so much information available online these days, it can help when it comes to creating a shortlist of pianos that may be of interest to you. Remember though, there is no right nor wrong, everybody has different opinions, priorities and boxes that they want to tick. The three most common objectives being:

• The overall quality of the piano
• Budget
• and even the appearance


To judge fairly and be confident that you have made the right choice, we would encourage you to visit and try the pianos on offer. An acoustic piano is an investment, and often a substantial amount of money, so why cut corners when making your selection?

Here at The Piano Gallery, you have the advantage of having over 100 pianos to see and try all under one roof. We are lucky to be in the picturesque town of Faringdon in Oxfordshire. Located on the edge of the Cotswolds, within 20 minutes of the M40 and M4, and just over an hour from London & Bristol & Birmingham, so you will never be too far from us.

Even if you are from further afield, this makes no difference. Please still come and see us. We are happy to cover any reasonable travel expenses, so go on.. Book your flight from Edinburgh now! Remember, ground floor delivery is free of charge, to anywhere mainland UK. We do ask that if you would like to take us up on this offer that you contact us first, to enable us to suggest the best means of travel, and discuss a suitable visiting time.

All this said, buying a piano online is not a crime, we can only suggest that walking into a shop and actually trying the piano you are going to buy, is the best option. We look forward to seeing you soon!
